Questions, answered

Before we build.

Can you use our existing domain?

An existing domain can be considered after ownership, DNS access and the current hosting arrangement are reviewed. Any migration and ongoing costs are agreed before changes.

Who supplies photos?

We begin with imagery you have permission to use. New photography, licensing and editing can be scoped where needed; no client work is represented without approval.

Can the site be multilingual?

Languages and translation review are agreed around your guests. A translated experience includes navigation, forms and practical information, with right-to-left layout where needed.

Is hosting included?

Hosting, domain renewal and ongoing maintenance are confirmed in the proposal. They are not assumed to be included in every website project.

Can our booking engine stay?

We first check the provider and integration options. Keeping your existing engine may be appropriate; compatibility and provider fees are confirmed before implementation.

What happens after launch?

Post-launch fixes, content updates, maintenance, reporting routes and any separate fees are documented in the proposal. A response guarantee is not assumed.
