Information we collect

Required for the diagnostic request

Name, email, public website or listing URL, property name and location, property type, plus agreement to process the request

Focus and a separate, optional marketing preference. The resource form asks for name, email and the selected resource.

Technical information

Request identifier, submission time, consent version, temporary access grants, delivery status and the public-page observations. A private delivery outbox retains the original request and access link for identical-ID retry protection. A hashed network identifier helps limit excessive requests.

Why we use information

Your request is used to provide the selected files or inspect the submitted public page and show a diagnostic. The page check retrieves available HTML; it does not sign into accounts or access private guest records. Technical processing supports access checks, error handling and protection against misuse.

Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default and recorded separately from the processing needed to fulfil your request. Leaving it unchecked does not affect access to your resource or diagnostic. Please do not send passwords, payment information or private guest records.

Who receives information

Website hosting

OpenAI Sites hosts the website and receives the form submission for validation.

Protected resources and diagnostics

Cloudflare D1 stores requests, consent and diagnostic observations through Sites. Cloudflare R2 stores the resource files behind a server access check.

Public-page retrieval

The website visits the public URL you supply without sending your name or email to that destination.

Email and existing enquiries

Resource and automated-diagnostic results are provided in your browser. An owner-only controlled email test can send the selected recipient, request details, recorded consent and secure access link to Isheharak’s delivery service at automation.isheharak.com. It is not enabled for general visitor email delivery. The configured delivery service may process the request through email and CRM systems; acceptance alone does not verify inbox receipt or CRM synchronization. Consultation requests, where offered, continue to use the configured workflow; acceptance does not verify inbox delivery.

The hosting and enquiry-processing services may also process technical request information needed to run and deliver the service.

Retention and security

For the retention arrangements that apply to a particular enquiry, or to request deletion, contact the business through the route above. A fixed retention period is not stated here.

Temporary download and report access expires after 24 hours. Expiry ends access; it does not by itself delete the request record. Requests and consent are stored for processing and follow-up; use the contact route above to ask about deletion. The website sends requests over HTTPS and validates submitted fields. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information; no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form, leave optional fields blank, or use the published business contact route. You may ask about access, correction or deletion of information you supplied.

Identify the enquiry and explain your request. Any further information needed to locate or verify it should be limited to the request. Handling remains subject to applicable requirements.

The website can save your display theme in the browser. Your selected language is preserved in page links.

Temporary access cookies

After a resource or diagnostic request, an HttpOnly, same-site cookie lets this browser retrieve the requested file or report for 24 hours. An emailed one-time link is redeemed only after an explicit action and creates a separate Secure, HttpOnly session scoped to that request until its original expiry. These cookies are used for access, not advertising.

Removing preferences

Use your browser’s settings for this site, then clear its site data. This resets saved preferences; it does not delete an enquiry already submitted.

Expiry

These preference entries do not have an automatic expiry in the website code.

WhatsApp opens only when you choose a link. Read the applicable WhatsApp privacy information before using that service.
