Design chat, voice and everyday automations around approved property knowledge, clear limits and the people who make the decisions.

Built around a useful outcome

Repeated questions

Make approved arrival, amenity and stay information easy to answer.

Requests that need a person

Route exceptions to a named role with the context they need.

Scattered follow-ups

Connect an agreed trigger to the next task and a visible status.

Possible project scope

From a good script to a controlled workflow.

01

Conversation and workflow design

Map intents, approved answers, exceptions and responsible roles.

02

Chat and voice prototypes

Review conversation scripts, interruption handling and a clear human route.

03

Automation implementation

Build only agreed triggers and actions in compatible, authorised tools.

04

Knowledge and quality checks

Assign content ownership and test edge cases, languages and handovers.

Providers, integrations, licences, data access, hosting and ongoing support are agreed separately. The concept demonstrates a possible interface, not a connected service.

How the work moves forward

Start small. Test the difficult cases.

  1. 01

    Discover

Choose one workflow, its owner and the evidence of completion.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Review a working example with fictional data before connecting systems.

  3. 03

    Implement

Agree providers, access, consent, operating hours and costs.

  4. 04

    Check

Test successful answers, missing information and human escalation.

Questions, answered

Before we build.

Is the demo a live AI assistant?

No. It uses prepared conversation branches and fictional property rules. No microphone, call, message, AI service or real booking system is connected.

Can you build voice and chat experiences?

Voice and chat implementation can be scoped after provider, language, consent, content and handover requirements are reviewed. A production service needs separate setup and acceptance tests.

What happens when the answer is uncertain?

The workflow should say what is unknown and route the request to a named person. A model should not invent property policies, confirm availability or approve exceptions.

Does it run 24 hours a day?

Service hours, monitoring, response expectations and human coverage are agreed in the scope. Availability of software does not mean a staff member is always available.
